Farm2Table Private Dinner
Welcome to Rushmore Estate’s Farm2Table private dinner. We understand that dining out for most of us has not been an option during these unprecedented times. With that in mind we are opening our 4000 sq foot ballroom again to 16 guests who are interested in an intimate yet socially distanced dining experience. OPEN-AIR DINING!! All Covid guidelines will be followed during our dining event and strictly enforced. Please join us as we once again celebrate the style and cuisine of chef Ethan Shafran.
Ethan Shafran is a chef, nutritionist, and prospective dietitian with a passion for cooking. Following graduation from college he moved to New York City where he worked in restaurants, notably working under Chef Michael Anthony to help open Untitled and Studio Café in the Whitney Museum. He then moved back to the Hudson Valley where he taught cooking classes at Sur La Table and worked for Cornell Cooperative Extension as a nutritionist to teach kids about the connection between food and health. Currently, he is cooking privately at Rushmore Estate and running a Bread CSA locally in Warwick, NY.
He will be preparing a 6-course menu that is inspired by the best ingredients from local farmers, ranchers and fishermen with sustainable practices.
Come dine on fine cuisine, relax by the fire and marvel in the old-world beauty and timeless elegance that is Rushmore Estate.
